My 30th

Lamotrigine: 350mg
Olanzapine: 5mg
Levothyroxine: 750mcg
I have been slowly going back to doing normal things, going to the gym, socialising etc.
I am still not 100% but I have significantly improved. My main issues now are fatigue and a bit of anxiety.
This weekend I had my 30th birthday party, which is something I wouldn’t have been able to do a few months ago, but I was able to enjoy it, be present and have fun with my friends.
A lot of my friends have told me that I have lost weight which was nice to hear.

I am starting to feel hope again. I am starting to feel like there is a possibility of getting completely better. I dont know if I will ever be cured completely, or will I go back to having mild symptoms.
I listened to a podcast with Tyson Fury who has been very open about his mental health struggles, he explained that when people ask him how he beat mental health problems, he said that its not a case of beating it and then getting on with your life, it is something that stays with you and has to be managed. He said that a line from and Eagles song describes it perfectly: ‘You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.’
I am still not able to work, so I have been filling my time with going to the gym and continuing my RTMS treatment.
I am hoping to go on a graphic design course but I ‘m definitely not ready yet.
Last week I went to 800mcg of Levothyroxine, which gave me tremors, so I had to drop to 750mcg again.
I am sticking with this for the time being while my reverse t3 levels increase which protects against side effects.
